レンタル申込

予約制

レンタルスタジオは予約制となっております。（※現在最大利用者数 9名）

「スタジオ予約　カレンダー」よりスマホやPCで簡単に予約が可能です。

2か月前からの予約が可能です。
初めての予約を取られる方は、お問い合わせフォームからのご連絡。

申し込み後のキャンセルについて

キャンセルは前日までは料金は発生しません。前日までは予約システムからキャンセル可能です。

当日のキャンセルの場合のみキャンセル料としてキャンセル料100％の料金が発生いたします。

また当日キャンセルの場合はメールにてご連絡ください。

施設の利用について

料金
平日　 6:00-18:00（1時間 1,000円）
18：00-23：00（1時間 2,000円）
23:00-翌朝6:00（1時間 1,000円）
土日祝終日（1時間 2,000円） ※1時間以後、30分単位で予約可能です。料金も1時間の半分の金額です。
※支払いは、現金支払いまたはクレジットカード決済、電子マネー決済でのお支払いです。元気支払いの場合お釣りはありません。近くにコンビニがあります。 ※施設利用後、施設利用代金を所定の場所に入れ、「名前」「利用した日時」「連絡先」「人数」を書いてください。 ※2021年2月28日まで現金支払いでのご利用が可能です。

土足厳禁
スタジオ内のマットの上は土足・室内シューズ厳禁のため、利用時は必ず裸足または靴下等を着用し、
マットを傷つけないようお願い致します。

電気・窓
退室時は電気やエアコン、換気扇は必ず消し、全ての窓を閉めてください。

整理整頓
利用後は汗を拭く等の清掃及び後片付けをしてください。利用したものは所定の場所に戻してください。

鍵の管理
入退室の鍵はご自身で開け閉めをして頂きます。鍵の紛失があった場合は手数料として3,000円お支払いいただいております。
※暗証番号等は漏洩しないようにお願いします。

ゴミ
ごみは持ち帰ってください。当店ビル1F外の大きなごみ箱に捨てられます。

貴重品
貴重品は自らが管理し、紛失されても当施設は一切の責任を負いません。

設備、備品の破損があった場合
使用中に施設内の物品や備品を破損、故障した場合は全額弁償となります。

※暴力団関係者の方は利用をお断り致します。
※施設を利用される方に、怪我や何かあった場合、当施設は一切責任を負いません。

RULES AND REGULATIONS

■ To enter / leave FARM

1) Please use a provided key to lock and unlock the room when entering and leaving FARM.

2) If you lose the key, you will be charged 3,000 yen.

■ Trash

1）Please take trash with yourself when leaving FARM, or throw them into a dump site located on the 1st floor outside this building.

■ Electricity & Window

When you are leaving FARM, please make sure

1）Turn off lights, air conditioner, and ventilation fan

2）Close all windows

■ Room usage

1）Keep the room clean while using & after finish using FARM.

2）When using the cleaning tool, please return it to the prescribed place.

Use a provided cleaning towel & spray, and wipe down all surfaces your skin touches when you’re done with the equipment.

* Please make sure to put everything back to its original place.

■ How to make a reservation

1）Reservation is available up to 1 month in advance.

2）Please call (06) 6131-9200 for reservation.

Our reservation line is open from 11:00 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays.

■ Cancellation policy

1）We require no cancellation fee if it is the day before your scheduled arrival date.

You can cancel your reservation through our website (reservation page).

2）However, we charge you 100% of your total amount if you try to cancel your reservation on your scheduled arrival date.

Please inform us by e-mail as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.

■ Charge for use FARM

◆Mondays - Fridays

・6:00 am - 6:00 pm

　➡ 1,000 yen / hour

・6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

　➡ 2,000 yen / hour

・11:00 pm - the next morning at 6:00

　➡ 1,000 yen / hour

◆Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays

All day 2,000 yen / hour

※Attention

1）We only accept cash for payment. We do not make change - means you need to have exact fare.

*There is convenience store nearby us if you need to make change.

2）After using FARM, put the fee into a prescribed place.

Please fill out ① your name, ② reservation date and time , and ③ number of people.

※from 2021/3/1, paying in cash is not allowed.

■ About the use of our facilities

1）Wearing shoes on a mat is strictly prohibited (Barefoot/Socks only). Please take off your shoes in order not to damage the mat.

2）We are not responsible for any personal valuables.

3）You will be required to pay compensation fee in case of breaking supplies in FARM.

4）People related to antisocial groups are refuse to use FARM.

5）We will not take responsible or liability for any injury caused by users.
